Fourth Triple Murder

Posted by buffy on: Friday 25 May 2001

Despite this headline I could find very little on the subject. When I did a bit of searching to get info on the other three triple murders nothing surfaced, save for the fact that two of them were committed in the city of Dimitrovgrad, the second largest city in the Ulyanovsk Region of Russia.

The bodies have just been found. A woman, her eight year old daughter, mudered in the city of Dimitrovgrad, Russia. It's the fourth triple murder in the Ulyanovsk Region in five months.

Apparently a neighbor noticed the apartment door was open, and when they stepped inside there lay the three bodies covered in blood from multiple stab wounds.

A special police team has been organised to deal with the case but there is no mention yet of any evidence that this triple murder is linked to the previous three.

No motive for the crime can yet be settled upon. Currently investigators are throwing out about 20 probable versions. They do believe, however, that the women were murdered simply to "get rid of unwanted witnesses".....witnesses to what? The reports do not say.

It is believed the murderer was known to the victims because he/she was allowed to enter the victims' home late at night.

As I said, information on this is scarce and what I have been able to find is more than a little sketchy. If anyone can find any more information on this incident, submissions are welcomed, or you can email me direct at submit@criminalprofiling.com.
