There are many incidents of crime, rubbery, and kidnapping in many of our community, this is our problem. But how can we avoid this? There are some community villages which conduct criminal background check to the person or a family which are new to their place. This can be a good way to prevent their village from criminals. For us to think that our neighbor had some criminal records isn’t alarming?

I'm interested in running a background check first to my applicants before I hired them, is it because one time my wholesale clothing store has been robbed by unknown personnel and based on the investigation by the local police, it was an inside job and done by one of my employee, so i decided to check first if applicants have a pending criminal record so that the incident won't happen again.
